Ceramic anilox cylinder transfers the ink, long life, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reduce the anilox cylinder replacement times, highly improve the printing efficiency.
Each printing unit adopts 360° plate adjustment, it can be individually united or separated, enables other printing units to continue working.
Each printing unit equips with an IR dryer for fast drying.
Optional: 3 die-cutting stations, the first and second are capable of double-sided die cutting, the third can be used as sheeter.
After the third die-cutting station’s sheeting, the conveyor belt can output the terminal label sheets orderly. (optional)
Standard configuration: automatic web-guiding system is installed in the front of printing unit, it ensures the material is always in the right position.
Unwinding and rewinding tension are respectively controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch (Optional: Japan Mitsubishi automatic tension controller).
Unwinding and rewinding shafts are 3’’ (76mm) air expanding shafts.
Video inspecting system is optional, it can monitor the printing quality when machine works in high speed.
The fountain cylinder and anilox roller will be separated from the plate cylinder, and keep rotating at low speed when the machine stops.
Material-feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, die-cutting, rewinding and sheeting one-stop production. It is the most ideal machine for printing high-grade self-adhesive trademarks or labels in various printing plants.
