JT-50C multi-cutter paper tube winding machine has been exported to Mexico many years ago.
Guadalajara is the second-largest city in Mexico and produces the famous Tequilla. We Jota’s old customer Dr. Hector Martinez have more than 14 years of business history in the local area.
Dr. Hector Martinez and His Brother
Dr. Hector Martinez first contacted us in 2007. At that time, they used a Mexican local paper core making machine, that local machine has low-tech and low efficiency, and the finished tube qualification rate was unacceptable.
Later, Dr. Hector Martinez contacted us to learn more about our Jota’s paper tube production line.
On the eve of New Year’s Day in 2008, he ordered a complete set of production lines, including kraft paper slitting machines, paper tube winding machines, various tube cutting machines, and so on.

Since then, Dr. Hector Martinez has occupied a lot of markets in Guadalajara. His company has grown bigger and bigger and passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
In 2017, Dr. Hector Martinez contacted us again, planning to purchase a multi-cutter paper tube making machine.
Dr. Hector Martinez has a large number of terminal customers, these terminal customers have a large demand for thin paper tubes.

The multi-knife paper tube making machine can simultaneously complete the tube winding and online multi-knife tube cutting, which improves production efficiency without the need for secondary tube cutting.
After several rounds of negotiations, Dr Hector Martinez purchased another fully automatic paper tube production line in 2018. After almost ten years of hard work, Dr Hector Martinez finally replaced all the paper tube production equipment with automated ones.
In 2018, when Jota boss Bruce visited Guadalajara, Bruce introduced local Mexican end customers to Dr. Hector Martinez.

As a local aluminum foil manufacturer, the end customer introduced by Bruce has a great demand for paper tubes. By introducing business to customers and growing with them, a win-win situation for we Jota and our customers can be realized.
On the basis of an ordinary paper core winder, we optimized the structure of the JT-50C multi-cutter paper core winding machine.
JT-50C paper tube winding machine uses 2 servo motors to control the multi-knife cutting head, one servo motor controls the back and forth movement of the cutter base, the other drives cutting action of the circular blade.
With this structure design, the paper tube cutting speed is fast and the paper core cutting precision is high.
Due to the use of a two-column winding head, the standard machine can produce max. 5mm thickness, min.100mm length paper tubes.
